The Measuring Social Outcomes website has been developed as part of the London Cultural Improvement Programme to support local authorities and cultural organisations to effectively evaluate their programmes and projects. The toolkit was developed by Nicky Boyd, Museum Learning and Evaluation Consultant, in association with peers from across London Boroughs. The toolkit is free to use for all local authorities and cultural organisations.

The website is a sequential learning tool. In order to make the most of the learning tool please go through each of the sections, including all activities and handouts. Please avoid the temptation to skip ahead as you will miss vital information. The online course is divided into 7 sections:
